Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping company: Japan Post or Yamato Transport

Delivery time: 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order

Shipping cost: 580 yen ( free shipping for purchases of two or more items in total )

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we basically cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.

For cancellations prior to shipment, please contact us using the Contact Us form.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Please understand in advance that we cannot accept returns for personal reasons.

In case of defective items, we will respond with a refund of the defective item after confirming the defect with a photo attached to the e-mail sent within 3 days after arrival.

In this case, no return is necessary.

If you wish to receive a refund for a defective product, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs only for returns due to initial defects or damage.

The sizes listed are basically the measurements placed on a flat surface, and may have slight variations.
Overseas products are less strict than Japanese products, and their sewing and manufacturing may be more crude than Japanese products.
Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the actual product and color, texture, etc. may appear different.
